ProWat Software

ProWat is the leading water cooler software in the UK and is currently being used by a variety of different sized companies from small family run businesses to large multi depot companies.

ProWat software is user friendly and has been developed specifically for the Water cooler industry. We regularly consult with our users for suggestions. Several of the features in our software are there due to customer request and input.

Purchasing ProWat Software
Customers purchase licenses to buy ProWat software. A license is required for each equipment item. The number of users is unlimited as it is the equipment that is licensed and not the users. ProWat is installed at the customer's premises so there is no reliance on remotely accessed servers or worries about accessing data when the internet is down. Customers are responsible for and in control of their data.

Support
All our development work is done in house in the UK and support is provided by our friendly development team during normal office hours.

Support is provided by telephone, email or logging on to customer systems using the internet.

Support is available as at additional cost and includes regular updates with release notes. PDF manuals are readily available.

ProWat

Our desktop software is available in either of the following formats: -

Flat File – suitable for companies based in one geographical location.
Microsoft SQL – suitable for multi depot companies with several
geographical locations.

ProWat Mobile

Drivers use phones or tablets rather than paper delivery notes. ProWat Mobile uploads the delivery note details from the phones or tablets to the desktop.

Customer Signatures
Drivers use phones or tablets to capture customer signatures which are automatically uploaded to the desktop program.

Delivery Notes
Option to automatically create email with delivery note (including signature) attached.
